Over the years we have seen many problems with infra-red remote wrap controls. These usually stem from either sunlight interfering with the optical signal or deterioration of the screen/light transmitters. Usually we have been set the task of repairing the handsets and controls, until we had the idea to design a replacement. This design was to be a simple handset and receiver box that used RF instead of light beams. With simple robust handset and replaceable battery which included for safety reasons, a two button press to start the wrap This handset proved very popular with local trade farmers. After a redesign to a smaller simple receiver box we have decided to release for general sale. Two button start control to prevent accidental start.
